  3. What trigger lock, guard and pressure-relief procedure are required before tip changes, unclogging or service?
  4. If a high-pressure injection injury occurs, what is the emergency response and why is it treated as urgent even if the wound looks small?
  5. Has anyone seen a leaking or plugged high-pressure spray system? What would keep hands out of the troubleshooting path here?

Make it real on the job

With the system depressurized, point out the trigger lock, tip guard and relief steps, then have a crew member explain the injection-injury response.

Close the talk

Before the crew starts, everyone should be able to explain the hazard, point to the control being used today, and name the condition that would make the work stop.
